Difficulty level: high Length: 113 km Total ascent/descent: 2,188 m Altitude difference: 533 m
This tour brings together the scents of the sea and the mountains, following a mixed route through valleys covered with cork oak trees and granite landscapes, eventually reaching the sea and white granite cliffs. Along the way, you’ll pass by the beautiful Monte Pulchiana and landscapes that once served as the hideout of the infamous bandit “The Mute of Gallura.”
The tour then leads to Aglientu, a charming village perched on a hill near the sea. After a short break in one of the local cafés, we’ll continue with a long descent that takes us down to the coast, specifically to Vignola, where those who wish can enjoy a refreshing swim.
The return leg features a rolling route that brings you along the sea all the way back to La Ciaccia. The captivating nature will make you forget the fatigue of the long ride...
