Booking rules

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the customer nor for Sa Fiorida srl.

The booking request is binding for the Client but not binding for Sa Fiorida srl, which party is free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation that Sa Fiorida sends to the customer is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

After receiving the deposit Sa Fiorida will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation E-mail.



By paying the deposit, the Client accepts the cancellation conditions of the structure.

Arrivals: Starting at 17:00 (unless otherwise agreed)

Departures: By 10:00 am

Opening time: All year round



Deposit / balance

The payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the rent must be made within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The payment of the balance must take place at the time of taking possession of the booked accommodation.
The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposit

In order for a reservation to be accepted you must pre-pay a deposit 30% of the total reservation cost. The remaining sum must be paid on arrival.

Any reservation booked with a "NO REFUNDABLE" price must be paid within 7 days after the payment of the deposit (surety fee).

Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date,
from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival date, we will keep the 30% deposit of the rental price (i.e. the deposit made is non-refundable),
from the 14th to the 8th day before the arrival date, a further 20% of the rental price will be charged (ie 50% in total).

In the event of later cancellation or no-show or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment of all services used must be paid.

Covid clause: If the booking is canceled for reasons that can be traced back to the Covid pandemic (travel ban by the responsible governments or in the event of illness on presentation of a medical certificate), the payment due will be converted into a voucher, which can be used within the following 12 Months.




Changes and Cancellation

In case you need to change or cancellation of the services purchased, the user must communicate the request to Sa Fiorida srl sending an email to info@safiorida.com . Upon receipt of the communication, Sa Fiorida srl will verify and notify the possible penalties provided by service providers. Sa Fiorida srl strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, or insurance covering the product and / or service purchased at time of reservation.


Refunds

Any refunds will be made directly to the credit card of the customer or by bank transfer, based on the means used by the customer to pay for the product and / or service. The amount will be made available within a maximum of three months following the request. Any quotas opening practice and / or cancellation fees are never refundable.

Jurisdiction: For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which Sa Fiorida is a party to the trial, the Court of Sassari will be exclusively competent.
